"Episode" I define as 'a time of an experience’, “An episode of frustration.” We do not say, “I had an episode of Happiness”, even though it is. Episodes are periods of ‘sensation’ or activity. We do have episodes of negativity, like Shock. What you are dealing with is a Shock Episode, and the Emotional Charges involved, mild to severe. The "Psychological Scar" of Freud is based on Shock Episodes. The Shock Episode contains all of the things involved. There was an action, an activity. There was contact, exposure, involvement and influence. There was an impact on a person. There was the Energy that was imparted, implanted, imprinted, and embedded, and our own energy was thrown into turmoil. Emotions and sensations ensued. Episodes may seem singular, but in the subconscious are associated with past episodes. Evidently, it has a pattern of evaluating the present and the future, by comparing, and associating the past, past successes and failures, pains, and pleasures. It can begin to do this especially when negative things happen. Shock can tip it into chronic negative thinking, emotions, and influence attitudes, beliefs, etc. When “episodes” become chronic…that is the new norm… I was having a flashback of a negative person, and I realized it was a flashback created by this person’s ‘episode’. The technique can be used on the shock and negative emotions this person is giving off in the episode. That music in your head? Is an episode of "music in your head.” I guess “Life” is a “Life Episode” and that would be a charge. We have Consciousness. We have Awareness. We have Attention. Our Subconscious also has a Consciousness, Awareness, and its own Attention. We get a manifestation because our subconscious is focused on an “Emotionally Charged Episode.” The emotions in the episode power it, and Shock maintains it like a cocoon. So, if a person has a flashback of a time when they saw something, that is what their subconscious “has on its mind”, has its attention on in that moment, and is trying to show a person and get their attention. The subconscious is also in its moment, just as we are in ours. It is a part of our moment, the moment. This is why, the moment “sucks”, and why I have a hard time with “Mindfulness”. This is why it is better to process the moment, because the subconscious is not able to differentiate “the moment”. It cannot seem to differentiate “the moment”. The subconscious can be confused about which moment this is. It confuses this moment with a past moment by associating a past moment, as if there is a relationship with this moment, which is often not the case. That would be a type of “delusion”, or “illusion” then. The subconscious can have a misunderstanding of this moment. It causes an “identification” problem. It is like thinking an Apple is an Orange, just because they are both fruit. The subconscious might not differentiate that they are different fruit. We are trying to clear that up with the technique. Fan noise…is not music, for example. If a person denies this signal, the subconscious can ramp up its signal and nudge them harder; the symptom or manifestation gets worse. It can become chronic, and they have a psychosomatic event. That can be just about anything, including physical manifestations and symptoms, even of past illnesses. It is recalling a remnant of a past episode that contains a “Charge”. When a person gets at this “Charge”, it can stop. This is what is bothering the subconscious, this “Charged up item”. I have found it to be emotionally based and driven. As this is an emotional disturbance it involves the Limbic System of the brain, but other areas of the brain can be involved as well. When we target and get at the emotion, the brain calms down, and those signals can cease, we do not get a chronic continuation of the event, and symptoms lessen and can stop. I have observed this since the discovery of the technique in early 2009. I personally have these problems, and so I am the perfect person to teach you this... Thank you for visiting.
