You don't have to click the link below... as you are already at the website... this was a youtube information video, that then linked to this page. I figured this was more convenient.
Pressure of all kinds is the application of motion. Pressure makes movement. Walking is the pressure you put on the ground through your feet, by moving your legs, and it propels you. Well, situations give us Pressure and compel us to action. Action is an Energy. Pressure is an Energy. Kinetic Energy or otherwise. Chemistry can produce Energy with Pressure. Mechanical energy is the application of a pressure as in the workings of gears on one another, one gear gives the other gear a moving pressure, and the other gear moves. In our lives, Pressure can be self imposed, or from Family, or friends or work, or social, or economic, etc... so, What is giving you Pressure? It is a situation of some sort. Pressure is a source of Tension, like a scary movie, lots of pressure to escape the axe wielding mad-man. There is generally Stress, the reaction we get from dealing with pressure and tension, that drains us and hits our nervous system. There is, or can be, Anxiety as well, the expectation that the Pressure is going to be on for some time... the boss is a tyrant and in a tirade. Well, now there is a technique that reduces, and can even stop the pressure, and it is described in my work, "Happiness Is No Charge". Click on the Happiness Is No Charge link above to go learn about the technique. Also, click on My Depression Story, and read about what I went through, the pressures and stress of Illness, and how I discovered the technique, and how it helped me. You might also want to hover over MORE on the right, and go down to Emotional Charge Page and read about what Emotional Charge is... it is what the technique is based on. Click on Versions to read about the Kindle Book and the DVD, and where to get them, and you can decide which is best for you. The book is a short read, but teaches everything about the technique you need to get started. The DVD has more material, and more examples, there is an Addendum, and a List of Emotions you can start on. Bless you, and thank you for visiting.
