"My Depression Story", goes to the page where I tell my story of what happened to me, and how I discovered the technique, and how it helped me recover, and take down, and stop my emotional fits, tantrums, and even states like Stress, Anxiety and Depression, and does to this day. Any and all of the negative emotions you just indicated can be helped with the technique, I personally have the same negative emotions. I use the technique nearly everyday. It is the only thing I do. I don't take meds. Been on two of them. I have used the technique on all of the emotions in the survey. Now, I am not touting a "cure", for a disease or disorder. But they certainly have negative emotions that go along with them. The technique can help this particular episode to stop. That Grief can stop. I have had "Irritation", "Foot stomping, livid, frustration fits", "Torment", etc... stop. Cease. No kidding. And when you have a malady... that is a big benefit, because you are able then to think more clearly, and even face and be able to do what you need to do. The technique teaches you to address these emotions directly. You don't need a two hour description of what happened to you. You only need the emotional content you got from the situation. Your case may be medical, like mine... but a sickness...is a situation, and we get our emotions from the situation. I hope you will give the technique a try, it is inexpensive, and is a simple, 1,2,3 step technique that you can do practically anywhere. I have done it while driving.
