Many places and programs, tapes, DVDs, etc, talk around a subject. I offer you a technique that you can do on yourself, most anytime, most anywhere. I can do it while driving. But if it is too much of a distraction you can pull over, and do it, or wait... but if you are in a Crying Fit, I would not expect you to be driving, but you could do it. The book and DVD teach the technique near the beginning, you will learn the technique probably within 10-15 minutes of starting. There is an Introduction, A History with Sigmund Freud, How to get rid of Negative Mental Charge, and My Realizations. Desperation, or Desperate, "in desperate straights"...etc, Is an emotion of considerable anxiety stress, and distress. It comes from the Tension of being under Pressure. There are probably other emotions involved, I usually find several. Fear, Worry, Concern, mild or severe. The technique can be done with all of these. As I explained in the Desperation Video, the technique can work on all negative emotions, not just one, and not just one at a time. One desperation is "need". "I need to get this done". "The Boss needs that report in an hour", that is not just desperation to get something done quickly, but stress and duress. Being under Pressure, and the Tension that goes along with it. There may be conflict going on as well. The technique can be used in combination with other emotions or states. Pressure is a state, and a cause, it is not an emotion. We get emotional because the situation has an energy. That energy or "charge", gets transferred to us by contact and exposure and thus our involvement and the influence of that Energy, or Pressure of the situation, causing us the "need" to move on it. I recently moved to a new home. It is a really competitive market, I felt I had to "move" on the next house I looked at. And I did, out of Desperation. The people were still living in it, when I was packing, and moving stuff over... they felt pressured to move too... it was all amicable, and it worked out, but was hectic at times. Number one, I would look for any Shock in the situation. The first thing that hits us is Shock. The technique works on Shock Charge. Then you can add an emotion or state. Shock and Desperation Charge. See? You may do them separate, but combinations can work well. You may just end up with a string of them. Shock and Desperation, and fear, and stress, and pressure, and tension charge, and it can seem quite funny at times to do that. But it works. Why? You are feeling them all at the same time. Emotions are a sensation. This may surprise you but we have six senses...Emotions are the Sixth Sense. They happen on the Nervous System, and they tell us as a sensation whether something is Good or Bad for us, Right or Wrong, etc... Positive or Negative...the Polarity of the Charge in the situation. We feel that, as a sensation. Just as much as Tactile Touch, because it is on our nervous system, just like the other senses and sensations. This is not to say that I will never have a fit of Desperation again. I most likely will, but I have this technique and can use it again on the next bout of Desperation, or any negative emotion, or state. When you have the technique, use it with the Desperation and other feelings you are having. "That is Desperation Charge"... realize the energy of the emotion of the desperation, and the other emotions or states. There may be Shock as well...so look for it.
