My video pretty much showed and told what my experience was like. It was out of control, and "hyper panic". It was not a "panic attack", I was stomping around the house, shaking my arms and hands up and down. I could not control or stop it. I was sure I was going insane, and "losing it". I noticed this point where it was like I was going to black out, and "Snap"... I just kept doing my technique. It slowed down after that. It unwound, and soon I was calmer, and it lifted, and I was in control again, and it just disappeared. There was much Shock involved, and I may have added "shock" to the technique, like I do with Anger. But in the end it Stopped. Before without the technique I would have had a totally ruined day, and been incapacitated for 10+ hours, or even days, in just a numb state of Shock. Well, because of the technique. that did not happen. To use the technique with Hysteria, you can use Hysteria itself, or Shock and Hysteria, and any other emotions involved with it. Now there is a technique that reduces, and can even stop the fit of Hysteria, and other fits and tantrums, and the negative emotions, and it is described in my work, "Happiness Is No Charge".
